Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur / Bengaluru by reputed courier agencies.

Free Shipping:

  • Luxe Radiant offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders. All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days. The parcel will be delivered within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in a difficult coverage area, it may take between 10-12 working days

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

  1. For all orders shipped within India, mandatory Goods & Service Tax (GST) is added to the Invoice amount.
  2. Order Deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Monday to Saturday excluding Public holidays.
  3. Luxe Radiant is not responsible for damage of goods after delivery.
  4. Estimated delivery time is to be used for reference purpose only and it will commence from the date of dispatch.
  5. Each order is shipped to a single destination address. In case you wish to ship the products to different addresses, please place multiple orders.
  6. Once the order is dispatched we cannot redirect the parcel.
  7. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities or circumstances beyond our control. Please bear with us.
  8. While we endeavor to ship all items in your order together, in some cases it may not be possible due to non-availability of goods in stock. In case we are not able to ship your complete order within 15 business days, you can request us to cancel the remaining unshipped parts of the order. In such cases your payment against the unshipped part of the order will be refunded in the same manner as the payment was received
  9. In case the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take the delivery of the parcel and call our help desk (+91) 97403 10966 or email us at care@luxeradiant.com mentioning your order reference number. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  10. All shipments are fully insured and will require a signature from the recipient on delivery of the parcel.
  11. For any complaints with regard to your order please contact Customer Care within 3 business days from the date of your order delivery for resolution.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

At Luxe Radiant, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience. Returns and Exchanges will be accepted ONLY if your order is damaged in transit or you have received an incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them with original packaging. However, opened or damaged products after delivery will not be returned or exchanged.

 PROCEDURE FOR MAKING A RETURN

  • When you receive the wrong product or your product is damaged in transit please notify us within 3 days from the date of receipt of the parcel on email care@luxeradiant.com along with a photograph of the product.
  • On receiving your e-mail notifying us of your concern with the product photograph our Quality Control team will check and verify it. Our Quality Control team on being satisfied with your complaint will authorize you to return the product in a mutually convenient method.
  • Luxe Radiant will replace the item free of charge if possible or refund the price of the product to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. Refunds will only be made after we have received the goods / shipment in its original packaging.
  • Luxe Radiant will not be responsible for products lost in transit or damaged while returning the products to us.
  • Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact in their original packaging and in undamaged condition.

REFUND

REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Package lost in transit.
  • In case a wrong product has been shipped to you.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • Incorrect postal address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
